UX Designer
We are a small startup in Silicon Valley working to revolutionize the fastest-growing sport in the USA with technology solutions.
We are looking for a user-experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) designer able to understand our business requirements and technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
UX/UI designer will closely work with the product engineering team (engineers and product managers). You are expected to work full-time and have the flexibility to have meetings at PST & Turkish-friendly times, usually between 5 pm to 10 pm Turkish standard time.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Three or more years of UX/UI design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Expertise in standard UX/UI software with Figma. Transferrable experience with Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, Balsamiq, and Framer is acceptable.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Bonus Skills and Capabilities:
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility concerns.

PHP Developer
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop front-end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
- Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end

Our response is: This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering and productivity. We work with flex hours so you find the best hours to work and produce results. There are exceptions like having your meetings with the HQ or other team members that may be geographically dispersed in different parts of the world. we are expecting you to be a full-time contract employee while we are setting up our company in Turkey. This means no other full-time, contract, or project-based job work is expected to be taken on by you.
Will there be a personnel contract?
Initially, you would have a contract with the USA-based company and as we established our company in Turkey it will be transferred to the Turkish company.
Do you have a training budget for developers?
We do not have the training budget for the first 6 months. After this period a set of relevant training may be available with approval of your supervisor.
Will inflation hikes be applied?
We will follow Turkish standards in dealing with inflation.
Is it a full-time position?
it is a full-time job with a 3-month probationary clause. After 3 months, you would be entitled to full benefits as they will be rolled out.
How will I receive my payments?
You are asked to open a dollar account in Garanti Bankasi and on the 15th of the next month of work, you will receive your salary directly deposited into your account.

How much time do you give us to complete ourselves on works that we have not developed before?
